With any published work in the erotic literature genre the reader quickly becomes aware of how difficult it is to separate fact and fantasy. In published letters the problem is greatest, and despite the best efforts of the Editor, in this case the author Lesley Asquith, it is never possible to be sure of the veracity of any particular contribution. Asquith’s stamp is clearly visible here, in imposing a uniformity of literacy and style, although certain awkwardnesses in the latter give some confidence in sincerity. But as entertainment, collections such as this rarely disappoint, and this particular one is better than most, covering a very wide range of scenarios in which human nature inevitably bursts forth. The collection of tales, each one needing only a small number of pages, is divided according to the participant telling the tale, and this provides some structure, but it is the unexpected nature and variety of the stories which provides the interest. This volume stands proudly alongside Asquith’s other collections as pure entertainment and as illustrations of how people can interact entertainingly. ( ) sin reseñas | añadir una reseña
