Reread for the... fourth time? Not sure, but it's such a good play to revisit. Helena, Puck, and Bottom make this whole play, is2g. Almost wish it was longer because the setting is so great. ( )
I read this to familiarize myself with the play before I see it this summer. I'd somehow gotten away with not reading it in college, even though I was an English major. I can't wait to see this performed. I laughed more while reading this than I have at any of his other plays. If we shadows have offended, Think but this, and all is mended, That you have but slumb'red here While these visions did appear. And this weak and idle theme, No more yielding but a dream, Gentles, do not reprehend. If you pardon, we will mend.
Lord, what fools these mortals be!

And as I am an honest Puck, If we have unearned luck, Now to escape the serpent’s tongue, We will make amends before long: Else the Puck a liar call. So good night unto you all. Give me your hands, if we be friends, And Robin shall restore amends.
