Absolutely amazing. i love the heat of this book but also the gentleness 10/10 I've read this twice already and each time its still gives me the chills!!!

Really looking forward to reading the other books in this series. I am pleased that although being part of a series it can be read as a stand alone without feeling like your missing context. I've read some other fated mate stories in the past but this has to be my favorite as I don't think it follows that typical story. Nyx and Vesperus are hands down some of my favorite characters. Also the world that Foss creates in this book is very alluring and I found myself immediately immersed. As a whole I absolutely enjoyed this book but the ending brought some sadness. I am looking forward to reading more about Nyx and Vesperus and what the rest of this series has in store for us.

This was an amazing book, I will honestly say that Lexi C. Foss's books are always that way. But this book is about Nyx, the Mistress of Nigh and her Fated Mate, Vesperus. The author brings them to life, with all the emotions between them. A fabulous read and a great series that is a must read. I can not say enough about this series

She is Nyx, the Mistress of Night. A Goddess. She appeared in this reality by accident and caused the death of one of the king's men. He is the King of the Vampires. Of the House of Gold and Garnet. She is a craving he can't deny but will try.

This a new take about an about zombies with a different take on it. Riley is a one of a few shifters that are trying to find an antidote to stop it finishes the human population but to also make sure the shifter population stays safe. Plenty of action between getting away from the zombies to making their way to a safe place. When Riley can't stop her heat that she has been hiding from Jonas. Will he keep her safe, let her decide what to do about her heat and if they have a place safe to be all all that she is.

Jonas is an Alpha and Riley's guard. She doesn't trust Alpha's. She's an Omega and they only need to stay home and have babies. Unfortunately, they must run from the Infected; her heat is coming up. Will she remain unmated or land her perfect Alpha?

I want to start off by saying I have to get my hands on the other books in this series! They could easily become some of my favorites. This book was such a great read and had just the right amount of spice in my opinion. The characters had so much depth and I love that Jonas and Riley aren't the typical Alpha and Omega characters. I sure hope we see where their story leads as they build a life together in the Andorra Sector.

Let's recap...
You can be murdered by being burned alive.
You can be murdered by decapitation. (this is very final)
But you cannot murdered by decapitation and be burned alive (crispy results) or vice versa.
(to be fair you could be burned and then decapitated but that's not what they indicate)

Just not my cup of tea

This book was well written, and the characters were definitely fully developed. I just didn't like them. I don't practice BDSM myself, but I have always preferred the battle of wills variety instead of the forced submission variety. Thinking "That which yields is not always weak." The "le sogh" moments were a bit overwhelming for me because of that.

That being said, it'd a good book just not my cup of tea.

I really adore Sarah Puckett’s narration, I have listened to a lot read by her and she always draws me into the story very quickly. Tristan Hunt was a nice addition telling the part of Xai.
Eve is a retired assassin and a fallen angel, she works in a bar and Xai another fallen angel arrives telling her shes wanted elsewhere. Accused of a murder she didn't commit she has a week to clear her name, and Xai is given the job in accompanying her. Can she clear her name?
Eve and Xai were great characters and the chemistry between the pair was immense, you could feel it oozing as you are listening.

“Now we have Luna and Silas’s story and Edon too!!! Whattt??? A menage yaas!!!! As expected I loved everything about this one! RH are great of course but please there’s a ‘hole’ limit a girl can’t take in lol. Anyway the story was a little darker than the previous one so I enjoyed that part too!”

“As expected both Kylan and Rae are strong characters in the own way, they are perfect for each other! Rae was a little annoying at first but she grew up throughout the story and develop pretty good. Kylan was sexy, hot and walking sin!”

“The series continues and we have a new couple, Willow and Ryder. The author slayed with their story and I’m so addicted to the relationship between them. Perhaps everything started as a game at first but soon things heat up and well you’ll love it.”

Luna isn't happy about her arranged marriage. Her mate can go jump off a cliff. Edon hates duty, but he wants both Luna and Silas. The heart wants what the heart wants. Silas is a turned wolf, but he's not weak like everyone believes. He'll show them how wrong they are.

The whole book was just sick and wrong. The author tried to make Daeius a good guy but sex with someone you own is known as something and it starts with an "r".

Sydney thought she was going away for a week vacation but she walked into a sick revenge game. Kage , part of a trio of brothers out for revenge, fell for Sydney. This dark romance is full of intense twists, turns and lots of unknown adventures. The steam is there as well. I found the story exciting and found myself wanting to find out what was coming up next. The twists are what kept me going. The characters were fairly well-developed. Spoiled rich kids with secrets were due to get their come-uppance. You found yourself rooting for the ones you didn't expect to. The book has an air of suspense and that's what I loved about it.

Like the prev series I rated that the RH doesn't develop via insta-love and plot wasn't super predictable (unlike so many fantasy RH series). Also rated that there wasn't juvenile mean girls bs.

The H is strong and though she does give in to physical relationship pretty easily she doesn't just give all in. Also the smut is decent.

all in all I look forward to book 2.

Kat is a human whose found by the X-Clan and turned. She becomes an Omega, a wolf made for an Alpha. She won't bow so easily for him. Ander has found his mate, but she's stubborn. He'll need to teach her the hierarchy rules of wolves, but he'll have some fun doing it.
