Gremlins Go Home - the teenage lead is nicely portrayed, but there is a bit of 'if I write in brogue, I don't have to develop character'.
Hour of the Horde - this has more clichés than I could swallow, enemies band together to defeat common foe, gladiator refuses to fight, emotion wins where logic cannot, etc.
Wolfling - I found the advanced society portrayed here entertaining. The portrayal of the Emperor was sympathetic. I was disappointed by the miracle coincidence at the end, however. (
