If, specifically, you self-identify as an... "InCel", this book could be of use to you. But I recommend you keep looking for a better book.

This is old chivalry, Mr. Rodgers sex-ed. It tells you to stay cool, and not how to. It tells you how to run into traps that are meta these days; and has no clue that happens to be the reality. And then it repeats itself. Over and over. Driving home the point that there really isn't much content in here. It doesn't relate to the present day dating scene well. It's maybe... 1965-1978-ish era. Written by someone with a dull sex life.

It's not useless if you need to learn some basic literary tricks. Open ended questions and whatnot. But copypasting my previous sentence will get you better info. ( )
