It all began as a tribute to the memory of families driven from their crofts during the Highland Clearances. A wealthy descendant decides to fund a rebuilding of his ancestors' home. But when one of his enemies is murdered, & one of his employees finds holes in the basic story, everyone finds themselves caught up in a menacing game.
