Low Carb is exactly what it says in the title, a very well put together book for anyone looking to get on a low carb diet the right way. The book starts off explaining everything you first need to know about a low carb diet and how to really reduce your carbs. I thought this was great because many books will simply give you recipes for a diet but never really teach you exactly how this is effecting you and knowledge can sometimes make or break the diet. You then instructions on how to start and some great low carb recipes for just about everything from food, drinks, slow cooker recipes, to even deserts. My favorite of them all is a raspberry smoothie with protein drink I made from the book. All around a real good resource for anyone serious about lowing carbs in a diet.
