The title caught my attention, but the content literally had me laughing out loud. I found myself reading segments, okay entire chapters, aloud to my husband because these are the 'not so common' common sense topics we ourselves have heated conversations over. If you are easily offended by vulgar language, this book probably won't be enjoyable to you, but as the author might say, "Stop being a f***ing prude"! I have a couple of close friends who could have written this book, both in referencing the language and the subject matter, but they didn't and Orlando Winters did! Excellent job and fantastic book! Stop Being a F***ing Idiot by Orlando Winters is a somewhat funny self-help book. If you are offended by profanity, do not pick up the book. The book is full of profanity. Sometimes it is well used to make a point. Other times the profanity makes the section offensive.He did get one thing right. The Illinois legislature is a bunch of f***ing idiots. He gave them that designation based on passing a law that Pluto is a planet, when science says it is not. The really have earned that designation from their inability to do anything other than make themselves rich and a number of them end up in jail. I was excited to read this book, but, part of the way through it, I realized that it was just going to annoy and disappoint me.
