Happy New Year!
Last year I didn't read quite as many books as usual, but I did read 5 books over 500 pages. I did not reach my goal of 46, but I think of it as a good reading year nonetheless because of all the 5 star books I read.
For the past few years I based my goal on my age so I'm going to do the same again and try for 47.

I found this one on carlym's thread a long time ago. To play along just answer the questions with titles of books you read in 2023. Think of it as Cards Against Humanity with book titles.

Describe yourself: The Book Woman of Troublesome Creek
How do you feel? Where Do We Go from Here: Chaos or Community?
Describe where you currently live: Gangster Nation
If you could go anywhere...? Sea of Tranquility
Favorite form of transportation: Horse
Your best friend is: As Good as Dead
You and your friends are: Becoming
What's the weather like? The Wind Through the Keyhole
Your favorite time of day is: Just After Sunset
What is life for you? Friends, Lovers, and the Big Terrible Thing
You fear: The Mummy!
Best advice: Lessons in Chemistry
Thought for the day: What to the Slave is the Fourth of July?
How you would like to die: Fall Into Darkness
