I am looking for a book about an LDS couple who have a son with mysterious bruising. He gets a bad nosebleed and ends up in the ER. the husbands parents convince him the wife is abusing the son and he calls the police. They come to interview her and the doctor intervenes. The son has cancer or something serious like that. The book is about their battle with his health and healing from the husbands betrayal.
