Contemporary Adult Romance Fiction mainly set in two countries: France and Netherlands(?, not exactly sure but I'm pretty sure it's a Scandinavian country). Female protagonist is a half-French half-American advertising manager(?) based in Paris while the male protagonist is a half-Dutch(?) half Brit freelancer(?).
The story started (they met when) female lead (FL) went to a vacation with her bestfriend in the male lead's (ML) country. During a boat tour, FL saw ML doing a naked handstand on the bank, had a brief conversation and took a picture of him. The story progressed in the ML's country for a bit but FL had to return to Paris and the bulk of the plot happened there. They progressed as a sometimes-long-distance-couple.
ML also has an older brother that has a complicated marriage situation and they often have dialogues about company inheritance in which older brother thinks that ML is the better head for the company or something like that
One key scene is when the ML had to go on a business trip and both leads decided to meet at a club for a date when the ML returns. They had or nearly had sex on the dance floor.
The story ended with a proposal in New York (Central Park?) with ML surprising the FL.
