For this month, choose a book from your MTBR with a long BC wishlist, but you can define what "long" means.

To see the number of wishes for a book, click on the little globe symbol at the bottom right of your book's header, then click on the link next to "Wishes for this book".

Alternatively, go to the Book Search page, click on the Wishlist tab, enter the title and hit "Search".

I'll be reading The Magician's Assistant, which has a wishlist containing 22 members. Middlesex, another book on MTBR, has even more (104) but I thought I'd start with the older book first.

I guess I will be reading One Good Turn by Kate Atkinson. It has 23 wishes for it.

I pulled out The Time Traveler's Wife with one the Wishlist Stats is #3, with 229 wishes. It's a long one, so I might still be reading in mid August! Once done, I'll need to see who's active and in the US to rabck this forward...or it might end up a book ring or ABC VBB.

I also have 4, 6, 8, 9, 10 and 12 on the list.

>5 nancynova: Wow, 229 wishes! That's a popular book. I've not yet read it myself, though I have it on my shelves.

I finished The Magician's Assistant for this month's challenge.

The Eyre Affair finished. Took me a while to get into it but enjoyed it more towards the end.

Still haven't read my July book The Time Traveler's Wife although it's pulled. Others keep jumping in with priority, like upcoming book clubs (2) and book rings that will be here shortly.

>12 nancynova: I'm asking the same question, as this book has been sitting on my shelf for a long time as well.

>12 nancynova: I feel that way frequently with some of the books that have been TBR for years. On the other hand I feel that I showed some intuition in holding on to them rather than releasing them unread.
