Lance Parkin who has written loads of stuff but if you just want one title how about The Dying Days

Rob Shearman who hasn't written a Doctor Who book but has written Doctor Who short stories and an episode of the TV show as well as Doctor Who audio stories.

Simon Bucher-Jones who wrote The Death Of Art and Ghost Devices

I think you are missing the point. The authors I have listed above actually have their own account on LT. You can see the books they own. The ones you listed are not LibraryThing Authors.

I'm not you know - they all have accounts on LT however they have chosen not to have the LT Author badge.

I'm sorry you can't see my library, my wife for some reason got all huffy about there being 'too much about us on line'. But if you want to know if I like or read a book feel free to ask.

Thanks for compiling this information for us SBJ! I'll have to give The Taking of Planet 5 and Grimm Reality another shot, for your efforts (my being in the gross minority for not enjoying the two of them - I must have been constipated when I read them, is that too much information? I ramble in the presence of celebrities.)!!
Do you know if there are any additions to make after 8 months have passed?
As for books I wonder if you like - are you a John Scalzi fan yet? Old Man's War was fantastic.
