While this book contained good advice about health and diet, the program suggested seemed complicated and expensive in both time and money. The writing style was entertaining and interesting but as far as the program goes I'll give it a pass due to lifestyle constraints. This would be best suited to a young professional who can commit to a limited diet for a short period of time (but if you have the time/money/discipline to do this program you probably don't need it in the first place) . Alternatively, someone with serious health issues could also find value here. Those of us with families to care for probably won't find much use for this book/program. Sorry skinny jeans.… (más)
