The Big Book of Vegetarian: More Than 225 Recipes… por Kathy Farrell-Kingsley

No pictures and the instructions are clumped together in big blocks of paragraph text instead of broken into steps -- one of my pet peeves about cookbook design. It might have some good recipes, but it was too hard to quickly skim through, which is exactly what I expect to do with a cookbook.
