Introduction talks about the diet plan and what ie means to be on it, benefits the other aspects of it to work together towards a healthier you.
Each recipe starts with a title, difficulty level, prep and cook time, servings.
List of ingredients are included and you should be able to substitute for your healthier dietary needs: low sodium, low fat, low sugar and fresh vs. canned items.
Directions are given and there are NO pictures.
Some nutritional information is included, not sure of the portion size: calories, fat-NOT broken up into good or bad, carbs, protein and sodium.
Some recipes they use canned items so why not just use fresh and cut up the tomatoes yourself? No sodium . Same with beans, soak them overnight not use from a can.
Directions are given. Some recipes have a LOT of ingredients be sure to have them all before you start.
Meal plans are included at the end of the book. Definitely easy enough, some take a bit more time than others to make.

Intro discusses foods we shouldn't eat and those we should be eating.
Basic concept of eating lean and green is also discussed and pros and cons of the plan are discussed.
Suggestions for folliwng the plan are included.
Each recipe starts with a title, very few have a picture to go along with recipe, prep cook times and servings.
List of ingredients and you should be able to substitute for your healthier dietary needs: low sugar, low fat, low sodium and fresh vs. canned items.
Some included serving suggestion or variations.
Directions are given and some nutrional info: calories, fat NOT broken up into good or bad, sodium, carbs, fiber, sugar and protein, not sure of serving size.
Apple crisp would be a favorite of mine to try, only 8 minutes in pressure cooker!
Four weeks of meal planning and other suggestions in modifying them are included at the end.
Found some really nutritous meals in this book!
Conclusion by the author is included.
