A typical Ian Allan offering, this; but the whole package is spoiled somewhat (in the original 1971 edition) by the use of then-fashionable matt paper stock, which deadens the tonal value of many of the photographs (which wouldn't have been great to start with, taken as they were on slow Edwardian emulsions under grim Northern skies...)
