One day, Cornelius was put in prison by his enemies, and he was gradually going to die... but he was help by Rosa, he likes Rosa.

This story takes place in England in the 19th century. The main characters of this book are Maggie and her brother Tom. They live in the countryside. Tom has to quit his school in the city because his fatherbecomes sick. Maggie falls in love with Philip, but she has to give it up, because her brother and father hate Phip's father. Maggie later falls in love with her friend's boyfriend. If you want to know if she takes her friend or boyfriend, you should read the book.
This book reminds me of Northanger Abbey, but the ending is very different. If you like books about Victorian era, you might enjoy it.… (más)
