As others have commented, the accompanying book is slim, but it's actually not a bad little guide. In addition to the upright and reversed meanings, this book provides a keyword for each card. The keyword selected by the author for each card is about the best of any guide I've seen. It's a great way of providing a one-word foundation. In a way you don't need much more than that--the deck you're using should help you interpret beyond that.

As to the deck that comes with this book, what a stinker for a beginner. The Minor Arcana are your basic pip cards--not at all helpful. Use the book, but ditch the deck.… (más)

A collection of brief chapters about several of the prominent players in New England's history, including Roger Williams, Cotton Mather, Jonathan Edwards, Paul Revere, John Hancock, John Adams, Ethan Allen, John Stark, Samuel Morey, and Eli Whitney. Roger Williams advocated for: separation of church and state, that we should buy the land from the Indians, and that preachers should work.
