I was looking through this book and reading some of the job descriptions and what is required for these jobs if you are looking at a career in any of the fields included in this book. I would have to say that this book is very detailed as to what is expected of someone going into any of the fields involving sport, fitness or exercise. I believe this book would make a great research material for choosing a career.
