John E. Allen (3) (1951–)

"John E. Allen curated the exhibit, “Bird’s Eye Views of California” on display at the California State Capitol Museum. He received his M. A. in history from California State University Sacramento in 1993 and works as a historian at the State Capitol Museum. Mr. Allen is also an adjunct history professor at Chapman University and American River College.
