I enjoyed the information contained and definitely learned some interesting facts, but I think the flow and structure of the book could be improved. If you are interested in health foods and learning how different foods can negatively affect the body (even the ones people say are healthy foods), then check out this summary of "Toxic Superfoods: How Oxalate Is Making You Sick and How to Get Better"

I read this book as part of LibraryThing's Early Reviewers program.

I was interest in David Goggin's book, but wasn't sure I had the time or focus to read it properly. I thought it might be ideal to read a book summary. And although it covered highlights & summed up a few things ... the summary itself was boring and bland. It didn't draw any emotion at all, and certainly didn't make me want to read the original book.
