Flynn Maddox, the driven vice president of Maddox Communications, thought he was over his ex-wife, Renee. But when he learned that they were still married--and that she was trying to have his baby--he realized he had never stopped wanting her. It was time to put his fierce negotiating skills to good use. I've been attempting to catch up on putting In all the books I read before I started listing them here on Goodreads! In doing so I came across this series, realizing it was one of the first series that I read back in February and March. After re-reading this story, one of my top ten favorites, I will now have to reconsider on how I rate stories from now on!! This one is more than a 5 star rating.

I had forgotten many of the details in each of the books and enjoyed re-reading them. However, after just starting this story, I remembered Flynn's story is one of my favorite of all time, and the one story that I hadn't forgotten the details of.
Finding his love for his wife and his old career again after so many years touched me in many ways.

Sometimes even the midst of our own lives, good or bad as they may be, we need to stop and make sure we are doing what we love or perhaps what we had always planned. Life is messy and hard. But we must and can show the love we have for spouses, significant others, our children, parents and families by being honest with them and ourselves.

Never stop fighting for what you believe in. Whether that be love, your family, job or just a dream of something you once had. Love will always find you through those hard and messy times that life brings us! Love is what makes moments in life easy and fun!

Thank you Emilie Rose for your story. It touched me in ways I can't even truly express! ( )
