I just recently became a vegan and I wanted a cookbook that I can easily understand and easily adapt to. The recipes in this book are easy, delicious, healthy, and will help you lose weight. I cook 3-4 recipes from this book every week and I haven't once disliked any that I've made. I don't feel deprived at all since I became vegan. This book has tremendously helped me adapt into my new healthy lifestyle. ( )
