This is a mother talking to her child about the child’s brown eyes are beautiful. She talks about how she knows what her child is thinking because of those brown eyes that show so much expression. The illustrations are beautifully done. I don’t think this would be a good read aloud book for a classroom but more appropriate for a mother to read to their child. ( )
