The book, titled: Character Driven, Life, Lessons and Basketball, is a written autobiography written by five-time NBA champion and NBA veteran Derek Fisher . With 3:18 left in the game, Derek made a huge defensive play, and then hit a huge clutch 3 point shot to seal the nail-biting game victory. After the game, tearful Fisher was interviewed, where he revealed the emotional situation involving his then 11-month-old daughter. He educated the NBA and the world about the rare from of eye cancer, Retinoblastoma, and how to prevent it from affecting other children.
