The use and abuse of our legal system. People filing law suits for what to many of us would seem to be matters that defy common sense. If there's a possibility of getting some money and putting the blame on someone else for something that in many cases are their own fault, people will sue!

Randy does a good job of looking at various law suits from around the country that are just a sampling of frivolous lawsuits that clutter up our court system. He avoids the legalese and puts it in language the man on the street can understand. This book will have you shaking your head in amazement at the things people will sue over. While this book in and of itself won't help stop the frivolous suits to any great extent, it will make you stop and think the next time you read or hear about a law suit that may be one that should never have been filed.

All stories are from Randys web site http://www.stellaawards.com/ and expanded on for suits that reached a conclusion before publication. ( )
