This is a graphic novel style journal of Tammy's sophomore year in high school, loosely based on an actual diary that was found in a gas station rest room! If you believe that story, you'll love this book. It would be interesting to read it again, reading only the actual text and not looking at the illustrations. In the drawings everyone is fat, ugly, and mean. It doesn't make for a very pleasant reading experience. Not recommended--for anyone! ( )
