This book is about a boy who wants to be warm but does not want to share it with anyone. This book shows that being with their family is one of the best places you could be. You can count on your family to be there for you when the world gets to be a little scary. This book would be a good book to discuss about families and the importance of family to them. This was a cute book that I would read to my students for fun and to show them that being with their family is one of the best places you could be. There are many scary and or dangerous things outside of your home, in the world, but you can count on your family to be there to help and protect you as best as they can. sin reseñas | añadir una reseña

I love this book because it useees descriptive language and pictures to depict what "warm" means to the boy. At the end of the story, the place that he finds "warm" is with his family, cozy in their bed. This book gives readers a chance to think about what warmth means to them.
This book could be used to teach a lesson on how to describe places that are "warm." Students can continue the story by writing their own page about finding warm and a page about the dangers in each location. ( )
