This book is about a brother and his older sister visiting their Gran and causing mischief. They just want to have fun and be helpful, but seem to cause more messes and get in more trouble the more they try to be helpful. I would only use this book with kindergartners or first graders. I wouldn't use it with any grade over first because the wording of the book is very babyfied and instead of the sister stopping the mischief, she continues to egg it on. ( )

Amy and her brother visit Grandma and cause lots of mischief because "Amy said". Grandma finally has enough and fusses at them to be good... and they were. The story teaches children that while it can be fun to cause a little trouble, sometimes enough is enough. ( )
