She is constantly tormented by her younger sister, Ophelia. Her dad could be described as a “mad scientist” and is oblivious to everything except his inventions. Her Grandmother is a retired professor who hasn’t embraced the thrill of craft class at the senior center. Mom is a psychologist who’s solution to family friction is to play the “tell me how you really feel” game. And then there are the friends. There is hope for Juliet, however, when an old mural is discovered beneath peeling wallpaper. It is the Worry Tree and is filled with helpful animals to whom you can entrust all your problems while you sleep. (Grades 3-5) sin reseñas | añadir una reseña

Last one done! Hurray!
I almost wish I had this book earlier, because I think it does a good job of helping anxious kids with the idea of a worry tree to hang your worries on at night so that you can sleep. Maybe I need to paint one in my own room. ( )
