There was an old couple that went to the Nurse's doodle shop to get a baby. They looked at so many different kinds of babies but finally picked a little cat baby. They took the little cat baby home and he learned how to talk to sitting up. Then one night was outside and got frightened to wander off to the Nurse's doodle shop and they brought the cat baby back to the older couple. Then it was christmas and good things happen like it during that time.

The Little Cat Baby is about a human family who adopts a cat baby. They treat the cat as if the cat is a real human baby. The cat grows and is treated like a normal member of the family. One night the cat goes to look at fireworks and gets scared. The cat ends up back at the adoption agency and is taken back to her house. The cat then has Christmas with her human family. This is a good story for students who like different animals and who are working on fluency. ( )
