The exercises note what muscles are used in each exercise and how those muscles affect your riding. There is a 6-week plan to follow, with additional advice on what to do after the first 6 weeks. A get-sweaty-guru (that's what those trainer people are called, right?) worked with Anne Kursinski (an Olympic show jumper) to develop the program. I'm looking forward to starting it. The only thing I would change would be to make the photos color instead of black and white, and make a list of what exercises require what equipment - some of them require a weight bench, etc. ( ) sin reseñas | añadir una reseña
