Having read and own many books on health and fitness I found Fabulous at Fifty to be a very informative and interesting book. It’s laid out well and does not read like a scientific journal. There are many books out there on anti aging. This is laid out to address the issues of aging and then what can be done to address those issues. Primarily it lists the supplements that address each issue along with dietary changes and recommendations. There are many tips that are easy to start incorporating into anyone’s daily routines. Although as of this review the book is a bit dated I still found the information to be relevant. ( ) sin reseñas | añadir una reseña
