Aside from being a really cute book, I think this book had so good facts behind it. Students reading it will not only find the animals amusing but also get a chance to learn a little more about them, especially frogs. The little frog was so upset when he didn't believe he looked like a frog when he was a baby, but come to find out he was just like all the other little frogs we was happy. ( ) I was very surprised with the content of this book after I read it. I think is a great book to introduce a life cycle lesson. A little boy and many animals in the jungle ask their parents to tell them how the look when they were babies. The frog has a hard time accepting his reality but ends up appreciating it once he realizes all frogs go through the same changes as him. I was surprised that this book turned out to be educational. It opens the door for questions about how people and animals look when they are babies. I would use this to bridge over to the caterpillar to butterfly also. I think is a great book for students that will have most of them going home and asking to see baby pictures. My kids would have loved this book when they were younger. sin reseñas | añadir una reseña
