I have not made a recipe from this book that wasn't delicious. I love the variety of ingredients that are included in this book and the wide range of culinary traditions that are represented in the recipes. I do not assume that they are "authentic" recipes, but the flavors of this book are definitely cosmopolitan, not "All-American". I have found the fruit and vegetable sections also very helpful, as they are organized by main ingredient in alphabetical order and include information on buying, storing, and preparing a wide range of produce. This is useful when experimenting with unfamiliar varieties of fruits and vegetables. I just gave this cookbook as a Christmas present and would recommend it to anyone that loves good food and is willing to experiment with new recipes. sin reseñas | añadir una reseña
