Review:
The Monster Who Ate My Peas is a story about a boy who doesn't want to eat his peas, so a monster comes and makes him a deal to trade his soccer ball in return for eating his peas. This deal continues to keep happening until the monster asks for something the boy simply can't give up.... his puppy! The boy finally eats his peas and realizes that they really are not so bad. Very well done illustrations and rhymes so it is easy to read aloud. ( )

About a young boy who does not want to eat his peas, so has a monster eat them. However, in return the boy has to give the monster something. *some young children may be afraid of illustrations*
