This book was read in my partner and I's placement class. It is very informative that teaches children when/how to avoid danger and when to ask for help. Super useful book to introduce children and teach them all about safety.

Summary: This book was a good short story that informed children how to stay safe without scaring them.
Personal Reaction: . I enjoyed the book because it was simple but still informed children on safety issues.
Classroom Extension: I would use this book in my early child setting by reading it aloud to the students and then discussing what they learned and what other safety actions they know so the class could interact and learn from each other. I would also practice the fire drill with my class if time permitted so. ( )
