This has been one of the most beautiful series I have ever read. They can be read as stand alone. This book is beautiful, heart warming and almost true to life. The challenges Michael and Yolanda face are real and can be heartbreaking if you let them. Some familiar faces pop up in the story and Bunya Junction has become a bit like home. The details in the plot feel like you are there in the Outback with the characters. There are a few twists thrown in. As I mentioned, the issues are real, which make this story so engaging and one that you are involved in from the beginning straight through. I couldn’t put it down. Touched my soul all the way down. I would give it more than a 5 if I could. It’s going on my Best of 2022 list. I highly recommend this book to all who love to read. ( )
