The 2% way meant to me that I have to improve each day by in small steps to make a difference for my mentors, my parents, and my tribal clan. To be two percent better than those around me who complain. To be two percent better to show that I am not the same and will work hard to bring change. To be two percent better in writing better poetry and fanfics that enlight, encourage, heal, and inspire. To be two percent better in everything knowing that my God created me an imperfect human in the eyes of man but perfectly adaptable and blessed in His Eyes. That is the God I serve. Faithful to my clan and my relatives and the lessons their culture taught me. Faithful to my God who has carried me thus far and continues to do so with every Bible reading and song. Loving me in spite of my conditions and seeing me grow and thrive despite those conditions blesses God and blesses those around me so that they may see God working daily in me. Driven to serve and lead with distinction. A servant of aged true and faithful each day.

In the realm of progress, great and profound,
Amidst the whispers, a tale is found,
Of a humble notion, oh so fine,
Two percent better, a spark divine.

In cloak of subtlety this notion hides,
An invitation, where hope presides,
For in each endeavor, big or small,
Two percent better, we give our all.

A whisper in the artist's vibrant stroke,
A gentle nod when the writer spoke,
A dancer's leap, light as feathered wing,
Two percent better, the gifts she'll bring.

The ballerina's grace, full of boundless grace,

Two percent better, they find their way.

In the worker's hands, worn and rough,
From dawn till dusk, never enough,
With tireless toil, they forge the path,
Two percent better, guiding their craft.

The scientist, who seeks to comprehend,
The mysteries of this world, round the bend,
With each discovery, driven by thirst,
Two percent better, expanding their worth.

In moments of doubt, when shadows loom,
Two percent better, a light in the gloom,
A hand to hold when despair is strong,
A beacon of hope, where strength belongs.

For in this world, where dreams take flight,
Two percent better, guiding our sight,
We gaze at the stars, with hearts ablaze,
Knowing that greatness lies in tiny ways.

So let us embrace this humble creed,
Two percent better, the seed we feed,
With open hearts and minds aligned,
Our spirits aflame, together we'll find.
