Each recipe starts with a title, some include a medium size color photo, MOST do not have the photo, prep and cook times, servings.
List of ingreients is included and you should be able to substitute for your healthier dietary needs: low sodium, low fat, low sugar and fresh vs canned items.
Directions are given and there is some nutritional information but not sure of portion size: calories, fat, sodium, potassium, carbs, fiber, sugar and protein.
Some recipes are different, the measurements are abbreviated different than others in this cookbook, the nutritonal information is also different. This source is totally different than the some of the recipes.
Wonder why the different sources of nutritional information and why isn't it the same throughout.
