Dear Daddy, Please Keep Me is an M/M/M starring two Daddies, Dalton and Clint, and a boy, Eric. The story is told in third person through the three men’s’ povs.

I’ve read a few of this author’s BDSM books and I have to say I enjoyed this one the most. While the other Daddy/boy stories had characters with more serious issues, this story was lighter, happier and happened around the Christmas holidays. I could also completely believe in the three men as being in a relationship together. I don’t understand the attraction to a Daddy/little or Daddy/boy relationship, but the author was able to sell me on this particular trio of men.

Briefly, the plot is about Eric a young man who is looking for a Daddy but hasn’t had any luck. The BDSM dating app he was registered with had an event about sending a letter to Santa on what partner a person was looking for. Eric sent in his wish with the possibility of having two Daddies. Dalton is also on the same dating app and sees Eric’s letter. He’s been wanting a little for ages and hasn’t had any luck. When he sees Eric wants two Daddies, Dalton is all in and sends off a letter to Eric. Dalton is sure he can convince his best friend and former lover, Clint, who’s also a Daddy, that they should give Eric a try…together. The story is about the three men navigating their fledgling relationship especially when Clint traveled so much. There’s also a background subplot about Eric working at a catering business with a mean boss. The author kept the plot moving and I didn’t remember finding the story slow or boring.

I really enjoyed the characters. Each had a distinct voice that was consistent throughout the book. Dalton was the optimist, protective, and a big-hearted bear. He was my favorite character. Eric tended to be insecure, mostly because he’d had such bad luck with other Daddies and because his boss was emotionally abusive. Eric didn’t think highly of himself but Dalton and Clint were eager and willing to help Eric grow in confidence. Clint was the surprise. I thought it would be Eric who was the most insecure in the new relationship, but he adapted quickly. It was Clint who was having a difficult time. It seemed like he imagined failure even before they’d begun and I wasn’t quite sure why he thought like that other than he hadn’t had luck with other littles because of his work schedule. But I’d say he only had himself to blame on that. Clint thought things through slowly and thoroughly, which was in complete contrast to Eric and Dalton. In the end however, the three men get their HEA.

Dear Daddy, Please Keep Me is light BDSM, and what I think is fluffy compared to other BDSM books. It has great characters and a good storyline with a HEA. And of course, it’s based around the holidays. I enjoyed this story a lot. I give it 5 Stars and recommend it to those looking for a lighter BDSM book with a little or boy.
