This book was full of action, intrigue and mystery. Dr. Tessa Freeman is an ER doctor just tyring to do her job and also help rescue girls from human trafficking. Yep, she sees her share. During one particular shift, this sexy sea-green eyed hunk (Locke) walks into her ER for some stitches. He’s a hottie that gets under her skin. Fake name, hot looks, troubled past, you know there’s trouble there. He takes off right after she’s done and disappears from her life. After helping the next girl that comes in who’s really torn up, the trouble hits…. you’re going to have to read the book for more). Well-written in the matter that the story is fast paced with action that pulls you in. The twist plots thrown in factored in just nice. The characters were so well described. Mabel reminded me of Maggie off Chicago Hope with her attitude. Tessa is a badass that shows she is pretty strong. She even helped Locke see that he could let her in to his heart. I would have lost it but she kept it together. This is an erotic romance so there is lots of steam. A little of everything for all the romance lovers. I recommend this. ( )
