I think the reason I don't use this as a go-to cookbook, is because of the print-type and paper used in printing it. Not sure, but not one of the cookbooks that is an easy read for me. That said, I do have a wish list of recipes to try. My favorite recipe in this book is on page 362 Apple Cake with a crackly meringue. ( )

Good raw tomato recipes. Also like the tuna & red onions; haven't made that enough recently! ( )
