A collection of short whimsical stories that feel like they could've been a part or orignal TV series. There is nothing really profound, just pure joy and a lot of love for the characters. My kids love it!

The variety of authors (picked by the show creators) presents different perspectives and styles in handling ATLA stories. Everyone is different but all stay true to the orignal.

This edition is made in extraordinary quality - cover, paper, colors, everything is amazing! Storywise - I don't think this book stands on its own, it's rather an extension of the world for fans. ( )

Fun little stories that further flesh out the Avatar world. The art and writing quality vary (as do some of the characterizations), as expected with an anthology. Probably wouldn't make sense or be very enjoyable to those unfamiliar with the show. ( )
