My mind is completely blown, and my heart is having palpitations like crazy, I’m not sure how the author keeps taking us to the edge of insanity then making all seem sane. This book may be the last of Elsa and Aiden’s story but Royal Elite are not done with us yet, with that being said this book picks up where Steel Princess left us with shocked faces and our mouths hanging wide open wondering what could happen next. Elsa just had some major things happen, not just her whole life but more recently after letting Aiden know she loves him. Aiden sees these turns of events as kind of an eye opener and he now realizes his normal tactics to get Elsa back won’t work, he’s going to have to do things differently, but he is willing to go to war for his Queen. With all the things we learn there is always a few questions we are still left with, things we need to know, and the author has a way of giving this story and still begging for more. Aiden and Elsa are perfect for each other and the more of the past we learn the more we understand so much more about Aiden and why he is the way he is. Aiden’s love for Elsa has been a constant battle but we learn so much about the past and when Elsa starts to figure it out she realizes she is just engrained in Aiden’s life as much as he is hers and she starts to see things a new light. I don’t want to give too much away but I love how much the author takes us to the edge in each book shows us how much we can guess or think we know about each character then she shoves us over the edge and lets us realize we know nothing and have so much to learn. These characters have a way of staying with us way after we read the books and I still have so many questions and things I want to know and with every book in the series I’m left craving more. Aiden and Elsa continued. This finally comes to a close and the reader finds out all about Elsa's past, her connection to Aiden, and how they are all twisted together. Of course, this is a HIGH SCHOOL bully romance set in England with stupidly rich families whose kids are jaded and walk around thinking they're the shit. We love it, don't we? Spice scale: 2 I'm glad this entire plotline is resolved because it's gotten boring. It could have been one book total or maybe two if it had to be. Dialog is stilted and wooden in this one - lots of back and forth, plotting, denying of gratification, I mean, it's boring in some places. Check all trigger and content warnings on your own. 18+ **All thoughts and opinions are my own. Read on my personal KU subscription.** What a crazy ride I couldn't have asked for a better ending. This was a wild and crazy adventure. I got the answers and then some. This was beautiful and painful to know what had forged the bond between these two as children. So many secondary characters that I want to know more about. I hope they all get their story. Definitely recommend this series. sin reseñas | añadir una reseña

I'll bring her back.I'll protect her even if it's the last thing I do. We made a promise. She's mine. Are you ready for one final game, sweetheart?Twisted Kingdom is book three of Royal Elite Series and should be read after Deviant King & Steel Princess. This is a dark high school bully romance, mature new adult, and contains dubious situations that some readers might find offensive. This book is the final part of a trilogy and is NOT standalone.
