I also think my feelings about this one would be very different if I had read this instead of listening to the audiobook narrated by my favorite Jacob Morgan. I’m gonna think a little more before I write a review. ( ) This is a good story. The prologue shows a tragic incident which is heart breaking, Grant and Isabelle. Grant is estranged from his father and receives a phone call from his father's secretary to express that his father is dying. Grant is at home with a woman he is dating, he has lost interest in her and cuts the evening short saying he wants to be alone. Isabelle has an interesting background. There is still some mystery about her past which runs in the background to the romance between Grant and Isabelle. They separate for a short time, during this time the heroine sees photos of him online with the previous woman he was dating, arms linked dressed up at an event, appearing as though they are together. The ex later says that she only saw him for a few moments at the event when she tries to start things up again but he is not interested. Later the heroine walks in on them kissing and the Hero pushing her away, he explains his ex kissed him, out of the blue, and he rebutted her. The heroine believes her. There is an emotional story about Grant coming to terms with his past and dealing with his relationship with his father and Isabelle coming to terms with her past. The mystery is not too difficult to work out at a certain point but there are a few options. Quite a dramatic ending. HEA. Epilogue. sin reseñas | añadir una reseña
