Derde deel in de Winterhuis Hotel serie en ook dit leest weer heerlijk ontspannen weg. Het is allemaal wel in het zelfde stramien geschreven, maar dat lijkt me voor de doelgroep 10+ ook wel herkenbaar. Elizabeth en Freddy krijgen weer te maken met puzzels en in gedichten verpakte aanwijzingen om het raadsel te ontrafelen. Fijn geschreven, spannend maar niet té.
De schrijver heeft een nieuw boek uitgebracht met nieuwe hoofdpersonen en dus niet in de Winterhuis serie. Dat zal ik ook aanschaffen voor de kinderboekenkast. ( )
