I've never been impressed with anything I've read by Daniel Way. There isn't much meat to this story, and he manages to make Wolverine's origins (which should be fascinating) less than interesting. Dillon's art isn't very good either. ( )

Wolverine has recovered most of his submerged memories of his wicked past as a secret government assassin and some of the tortures he has inflicted, and is on a path to revenge upon those responsible. These perpetrators, on the other hand, have the ear of the President, and have had him send a variety of obstacles in his path, including Captain America and Logan's own son. Good story, less than impressive artwork by Steve Dillon. ( )
