A penguin is tired of being the small thing among this big friends. So they develop a plan to go into space and land on the moon. Once there, penguin realizes being all by himself is lonely, so back to earth it is. This story was nice. I think it has been done before by other authors and other ways. It was nice, but it will not be something that is still on shelves in 20 years. ( )

Fun story of a small penguin who wants to have big adventures like his friends. Penguin devises a plan to do something bigger than all the others and to do it by himself. Penguin blasts off to the moon to find he is lonely without his friends so travels home to a hero’s welcome and discovers being with his friends is the biggest and best adventure of all. Wonderful story for children who will find it humorous. Illustrations are bright and bold and worthy of a space adventure! This is a story that will be read again and again. ( )
